His passion for original music, artist development, and authentic music experiences helps shape the heart and soul of AMPD. Brian brings the artist perspective to the panel—championing discovery, curation, and the kind of intimate performances that remind people why live music matters.
Creative Director
Blake Thomas is a brand strategist, creative director, and founder with a passion for building meaningful ideas that move people. With a background in branding, storytelling, and community-building, Blake brings the vision behind AMPD to life—shaping its voice, identity, and bigger-picture purpose. He believes music has the power to create culture, connection, and momentum when the right people come together around it.

Darrell Dragoo is a seasoned production specialist and music operations leader who understands how to turn creative vision into memorable live experiences.
